You're able to embed vocab sets to activities you create, or to activities you've duplicated from our Global Library. To embed a vocab set in an activity, create a new activity or edit an existing activity in your Personal Library.

Once you're in our activity builder, double click or drag and drop the Vocab Set Content option to the area of the activity you'd like to add it to.

You'll now be able to choose one of your own vocab sets, or a vocab set in our Global Library. Use the tabs at the top of the window to navigate to your content, school content, global content, and content shared with you.

To add a set, click on the plus ( + ) icon next to the set you'd like to add.

Vocab Set Options

Once your vocab set is in the activity, you're able to click the Vocab Set Options button to decide when you'd like like the set to be shown and how it's displayed. You're also able to go directly to the vocab set.

Show

You have the option to always show the vocab set to students, or only have it shown once the activity is closed or once it's been graded.

Display

Sets can be displayed as an overlay, a link or inline with the activity.

Save, Add to Course and Assign

Once you're happy with how the activity looks, click Save or Create (depending on if you're creating your own activity, or modifying an existing activity). You're now ready to add the activity to your course and assign it to your class!

Students will then be able to interact with the vocab set and even go through personalized learning sessions directly in the activity!
