Lingco allows you to edit and leave feedback on students' written responses to questions. There are many different tools you can use to edit, such as highlighting, strikethrough certain words or phrases, commenting, etc.

To edit and leave feedback on written responses, start by clicking on the assignment with the question you want to grade, and click on the submissions icon.

From here, you can click on the questions tab and click on Text Prompt to grade and edit your students' written responses.

You can also go to Gradebook and then click on the activity to get to student submissions as well.

From here, you can click on the questions tab and click on Text Prompt to grade and edit your students' written responses.

You'll see the grading rubric on the right hand side of your screen that you can customize. You'll also see your students' responses to the Text Prompt on the left side of your screen. To edit the responses, click on Edit under the student response.

You'll now see all the options you have to edit the response. Once you're done editing, simply click Save.

You can view the original response (without the edits) by clicking on Show Original. To go back to seeing the edits you made, click on Show Edits.

And that's it! You now know how to edit and leave feedback on written responses.
