Purchasing Access to a Course

How to gain access beyond the 14-day trial period depending on the content used in the course with a credit card purchase.

🛒 Step-by-Step Guide to Purchase a Course

1. Log Into Your Account

Ensure you're logged into your Lingco account. If you don’t have one yet, sign up here.


2. Navigate to the Course Page

You can find the course either:

  • From a direct course link provided by your instructor or institution.

  • By searching for the course name from your Lingco Classroom course list.

  • Click Pay Now


3. Click “Purchase Access”

If you do not have a redeemable textbook access code, you can purchase access directly from the Lingco payment prompt:

Once the payment prompt is displayed, click the Purchase Access button in the bottom right corner of the payment prompt:


4. Enter Your Credit Card Details

On the payment screen, carefully input the following:

  • Card Number

  • Expiration Date (MM / YY)

  • CVV Code (the 3-digit number on the back of your card)

💡 Note: All transactions are processed securely through our trusted payment provider.


5. Confirm and Complete Your Payment

After reviewing your payment details:

  • Click “Pay".

  • You’ll see a confirmation notification once your payment is successfully processed.

You’ll also receive a confirmation email with a receipt.

❓ What if my payment fails?

Check that all billing details are entered correctly. If issues persist, try a different card or contact your bank.

❓ Will I get a receipt?

Yes! A payment receipt is emailed to you immediately after the transaction.

❓ Can I use a different payment method?

If available, other options like PayPal or access codes will also be listed on the payment screen.


Students in instructor led courses and independent learner courses receive 18 months of access to the content associated with the textbook code. The 18 months begin after the free 14-day trial period from the date the textbook code was redeemed (or when access was purchased).

Student access expires after 18 months. For continued access, students will need to purchase access again by clicking the Pay Now button, then enter payment information.
